Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Burfy, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased through our App using Razorpay.

User-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by disabling the autopay option from the payment method used when the subscription was created. This can typically be done through your payment provider (e.g., your bank, card issuer, or UPI app linked to Razorpay). Once autopay is disabled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, it will not be renewed, and no further charges will be applied. Free Trial: If your subscription includes a free trial period, you can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Once the trial ends, the selected plan will be billed automatically unless canceled beforehand.

We offer refunds only in the following situations:
- You were charged after canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle.
- There was a technical issue with the payment that resulted in a duplicate charge.

Non-Refundable Items: Payments for completed subscription periods, including weekly, monthly and yearly plans already in use, are non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at info@burfy.io within 7 days of the charge. Include your account details and transaction ID for faster processing. Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve any issues promptly.

Refund Policy: Payments made for premium content are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
